I had this issue with Lenovo Y70 touch and screen flickering and blinking horizontal lines (not in games). The solution was bios upgrade - I've loaded new bios - version from 10.2015. It works - since 2 weeks now blinking and lines are gone.
 So if you have this problem - try bios first. 5 minutes and problem is gone. |
