The first thing you’ll want to do, short of removing the battery, is open Lenovo Energy Management and start troubleshooting from there. It looks like Lenovo has their own troubleshooting page for battery charging issues, including how to work with Lenovo Energy Management, and possible alternatives like dealing with a faulty third-party battery and replacing the battery
