There are multiple reasons your battery may not be charging. The DC power connector may not be working, which is apparent if your device only charges when the power connector is plugged in at a certain angle. Also, your battery may have stopped working, or your motherboard has failed. Please refer to the appropriate replacement guides determine the cause, and resolve this issue.
